Because items are handmade there may be variations in color or pattern that differ from the pictures shown. I do my best to ensure that the colors and design are as cohesive as possible. 

I accept returns on most items up to ten days after you’ve received your item. Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging and condition it arrived in.

To request a return, please email hello@bokessel.com with the details of your order, including the order number, and your reason for requesting the return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the shop is at fault. If the shop is at fault, for example you were sent the wrong item or wrong quantity I will cover return shipping charges.

 All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers will be provided with every order shipment. 

The current turnaround before shipments are made:  2 - 5 business days.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS:

Standard domestic First-Class Mail will take an average of 2-7 business days for arrival within the United States. For an additional fee, your order can be expedited to Priority Mail for an average 1-3 business day delivery. Contact me to purchase Priority Mail before or soon after purchasing.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

First-Class International typically takes about 2-5 weeks, or longer depending on your country's custom inspections. For an additional fee, your order can be expedited to Priority Mail for an average 6-10 business day delivery. Contact me to purchase Priority Mail before or soon after purchasing.

Please, remember that your country may or may not charge a duty or customs fee for you to receive your parcel. 

* I will wrap your order with as much care and thought of safety for the shipment process as possible, but rare accidents from rough handling can happen. Once the parcel is in the hands of the postal carriers, I cannot be responsible for any breakages.
